Who are Avancini, Kemplex and La Pastaia?

Avancini and La Pastaia, established in Italy in 1963, are internationally renowned as specialist manufacturers of dough spiral mixers and fresh pasta-making machines. In 1986 Kemplex began manufacturing specialist equipment for confectionery and pastry-making professionals. On the 1st of August 2019, KMP was created to better coordinate the international distribution links and growth of the brands. 

The brands continue to manufacture and specialize in their areas, so that today they complement each other by supplying excellent equipment to restaurants, bakeries and professionals.

Avancini, Kemplex and La Pastaia machines are sold throughout the world, and have been used by Top Chefs and professionals for 60 years.

Who are GGF?

Established in Treviso - Italy in 1985, GGF are manufacturers that design, engineer,  fabricate, manufacture and build their machines ‘in-house’ in their own factory. 

Starting with the base materials, all equipment is fabricated by GGF in their purpose built 130,000 sqft facility. 

GGF pizza ovens, rotisseries, dough preparation equipment, and other appliances are built with passion and attention to detail, using the highest quality components. 

With over 35 years of experience GGF have become true market leaders, exporting to over 80 countries, as they are considered one of the most reliable, trusted and recognised brands specializing in pizzeria and Italian restaurant equipment.

The 2017 World Record for most pizzas baked, in 1hr (1500) and 12hrs (+10,000)  was set by NIP Food in Rome using GGF pizza ovens!

Who are PIETRO BERTO?

Established in the province of Vicenza - Italy in 1909, PIETROBERTO are manufacturers that design, engineer and build their machines in their own factory. 

Using only the finest components, all machines are designed and built by PIETROBERTO's team of skilled staff, drawing on over 110 years of expertise in the manufacture of bakery, pastry and confectionary machinery. 

Who are NOWAH?

NOWAH are Award-Winning Suppliers of Specialised Catering Equipment and wholesalers established in 2020, with the sole purpose of providing Heavy-Duty, Long-Lasting, No-Frills equipment for busy commercial kitchens and bakeries at sensible prices. NOWAH's Aim is simple: Supply competitively priced, high-quality, heavy-duty equipment, that will always enhance a retailer's reputation. 

Within weeks of starting, NOWAH became UK agent for GGF (ITALY) and also started sourcing hand-picked products from other reputable manufacturers. 

In April 2022 NOWAH became exclusive UK importers & distributors of Italian brands Avancini, Kemplex and La Pastaia. In June 2024 NOWAH became UK distributors of the 'Chef & Baker line' SME machines from Pietroberto (ITALY). 

From 2022-2023, 95% of NOWAH items sold were Made in Italy, the UK and the USA, with only a small number of items coming from US owned factories in Asia. In 2024 NOWAH increased the Italian, UK & USA made products to over 98% of its range.  

From September 2021 NOWAH was operating 3 warehouses in East Anglia; however from  October 2023 had moved its warehouse facilities into one 5000sqft unit.

ALL NOWAH products are selected because of their Quality, Reliability, Durability and Value-for-Money; this makes NOWAH products more affordable, but without the problems found in "budget-range" products supplied by other wholesalers.

NOWAH will never risk damaging your business (or our reputation) by constantly changing supply chains, sourcing from unreliable factories, or buying products built-to-a-price and not a specification. We understand how many years it takes to build a "good name", and do not wish to damage it simply to earn a few extra Pounds in the short-term.
